With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources within global organizations,as Head of HR I have built and lead international teams, managed numerous cross-border projects, and supported organizations in navigating challenges with international workforce. Working across multiple countries, I’ve gained firsthand insight into what makes international talents and workplace integration successful—not just on paper, but in real life.

Throughout my career and also privately, I’ve supported countless expatriates and their families, helping them navigate both the personal and professional aspects of relocation. My work goes beyond policies and processes; it’s about ensuring people feel empowered, confident, and equipped to succeed in their new environment.

But beyond my professional background and certificates, my personal journey has shaped my approach in the most profound way. Coming from a small town in Hungary, I’ve experienced life in fast-paced global hubs like Dubai and Frankfurt, each with its own cultural dynamics, expectations, and challenges.
